The City of Dawson Creek has released the official agenda for their January 22nd council meeting.
The meeting will see 5 correspondences including both the renewal of membership in the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and the review of their North Central Local Government Association bid.
Correspondence will also feature letters on the Recognition and Bloom Awards, a pool rate reduction, and the 2018 High on Ice Festival.
Three delegations are on the schedule to kick off at 9:00, including: the New Year’s baby presentation to Tricia and Camilla Nora Taylor, a group discussion on the Family Literacy Day Proclamation, and a discussion on the Information on Programming usership and new Board of Directors.
Five reports will be discussed relating to flood risk and management, historical property taxes, Rotary Lake concerns, 2017 audit services, and the business façade improvement program.
The meeting will take place at 8:30 Monday morning at the city hall.
