Drug and Weapons Bust in Prince George

In Prince George, three individuals are currently being held in custody after the RCMP seized firearms from a home in the 2200 block of Spruce Street earlier this week. Before 4 AM on Tuesday, officers were called to the home in response to reports of screaming. While searching the home for signs of distress, officers found several illicit drugs and illegal firearms, including small amounts of cocaine and meth, ammunition, a loaded SKS rifle with a prohibited magazines, a loaded “sawed off” shotgun and an unloaded “Sawed off” shotgun. 39 year old Dean Anderson and 37 year old Brandy Forget are facing charges of possession of a prohibited firearm without a license and carrying a concealed prohibited device. Also facing charges is 22 year old Chad Quaw, who is accused of failing to comply with probation and failing to comply with recognizance. All three are scheduled to appear in court on August 16th.
