A distracted driving charge has led to yet another drug bust in Grande Prairie.

The bust, the fourth in the city in a two week span, stemmed from a Wednesday night traffic stop attempt.

The driver did not pull over for police and was found later in the night at the wheel of a different vehicle before being arrested.

Later, police were able to conduct a search of the first vehicle, in which they found 65 grams of magic mushrooms, 23 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of marijuana, 2 grams of heroin, and a gram of meth.

Police also uncovered nearly 15 hundred dollars in cash.

The 30 year-old man will face courts on charges relating to drug trafficking and distracted driving later today.
