Grande Prairie RCMP lay charges after month long drug investigation

RCMP in Grande Prairie have laid several drug related charges following a month long investigation. During a search on Thursday, police located cocaine, meth, heroin, OxyContin, and over $3,000 in cash. 33 year old Glenn Baker and 44 year old Twila Letendre were both arrested following the search, and now face charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of the proceeds of crime. In addition, Baker is also facing five counts of breach of recognizance. He is currently in police custody and is scheduled to appear in court on January 3rd, 2018. Letendre, who has been released, is expected to appear in court on January 10th.
