Three facing charges in Grande Prairie rollover

Charges have been laid against a Grande Prairie man following a single vehicle rollover. On November 18th, around 6:30 in the evening, a vehicle on Highway 43 near Range Road 75 was spotted losing control and rolling over into a ditch. A male driver and two female passengers attempted an escape by stopping oncoming traffic. After the RCMP arrived on the scene, they discovered that the car had been stolen. The three suspects were arrested, and no injuries were reported. 36 year old Tyron Sochan is facing numerous charges related to the incident, including possession of stolen property, impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while disqualified. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 4th. The two females, aged 31 and 32, are also facing charges of possession of stolen property over $5,000. Their names have not been released.
